Flat Fee Divorce in Utah

Special, Limited Time Offer

We understand the difficulty in affording the legal fees for family law issues. That’s why we offer a flat-fee divorce for uncontested matters. When the parties have successfully come to the terms of property division, custody, child support, alimony and other terms of the divorce, we can draft all the paperwork to make the divorce legal for only $1,500 in attorney’s fees.

How Do I Qualify For the Flat Fee?

In order to qualify for the $1,500 flat-fee divorce special, you and your ex must have negotiated or can come to all the terms of the divorce, including custody issues, division of property, child support, alimony leaving no issues uncontested. We will then prepare all the necessary legal documents that can be filed with the court.

What If There are Remaining Issues?

If you are unable to reach an agreement on all of the issues and require mediation or court intervention to resolve any issues, the flat-fee divorce special is not available. That’s because mediation and judicial determinations are unpredictable, so we are simply unable to offer flat fees for cases that could require a prolonged and substantial amount of time to resolve.
